Habits I plan to implement over the next year in the interest of my physical and emotional health:

  • Drinking 8-10 cups of h20 a day, or ~ 2 nalgenes
  • Running 5-10 miles a day
  • Doing Yoga 3x a week
  • Doing Crossfit or other Resistance Training 2-4x a week
  • Eating less than 50g of net carbs per day
  • Sleeping an average of 7 hours a day
  • Meditating for 5-10 minutes a day
